Specialist-to-Trainer Training
The basic 3-day course consists of a 2-day lecture and at least a 1-day course presentation preferably conducted two weeks after the lecture. It aims to develop subject matter experts into trainers and covers preparation of the course objective, outline, visual aids and delivery using such tools as mind mapping, visualization and storytelling.
Managing Projects
The 3-day course covers all the steps in project management from project initiation to project closing and focuses on the management aspects of projects. It is intended for single-project and multiple-project managers.
Technology Management
The 3-day course bridges technology management with business strategy and covers topics such as linkages with Marketing, R&D/Product Development, and Human Resource Management. It is designed as a multi-disciplinary course.
Developing a Strategic Training Program for Specialist
The 3-day course discusses the translation of a firm’s vision, mission and strategies into a purposive and timely training program to develop technical specialists into experts. It uses a framework based on Human Performance Technology.
Effective Technical Presentations
The 2-day course gives the participant a proven methodology for making a result-oriented presentation that is logical, persuasive and engaging.
Human Performance Improvement
This 3-day course discusses the concepts, practices and standards in the practice of Human Performance Technology and applies them to developing a performance improvement program based on the firm’s vision, mission and strategies. It emphasizes a systemic and systematic approach to performance improvement.
