Effective Business Writing
This 3-day course enables participants to write effective business letters and memos with confidence and ease. It covers different types of memos and letters: planning, routine and good news, bad news, persuasive, and goodwill building
Front-Line Customer Relations
This 2-day course enables participants to understand customers, provide value-added service, communicate, and to handle difficult customers.
Internal Customer Relations
This 2-day course enables participants to build skills in providing service and support to internal customers and in dealing with them in a more confident way.
