The company was formed in February 2006, almost a year after the owner, C. Dulay, Jr., retired from San Miguel Corporation and was hired as a Training Consultant for the Regional PET Projects of SMC. When this consultancy was completed in November 2006, he decided to grow his individual consultancy into a company and to involve other training specialists in technology management and human performance consultancy.
